Apr. 30th, 2009 10:23 pmI have a dreamwidth account now. I have no idea what I'm going to do with it. Something. Maybe some sort of 'public' blog. Anyhow, I'm leigh over there.
And no, I'm not leaving el jay. I'm in this for more than just fandom and I can't imagine leaving. Unless livejournal implodes or something.
SO! Tonight we went to Senor Wong's for Dining Out for Life. And FatherGlamour Shot Constantin was there with some friends. So randomly weird! Sven was there earlier in the night to eat with his family and shoot some footage for the news. We missed him by a couple hours. So sad!
Oh and dinner was delicious. And the company was lovely. =)

Seriously, I feel the pain.
So, have you ever picked up a book and been so immediately disgusted that you put it right back down? I have a pretty high tolerance so I can't say this has ever happened to me. I made it through Wideacre for goodness sake! But it happened last night.
A couple weeks ago, I bought Night Life by Elizabeth Guest. It's some paranormal romance about vampire in Las Vegas who's really from Ancient Egypt. All things I enjoy reading about, so I thought it would be a winner. Well...( cut because it's too early for this much squick )
Anyhow...after much internal debate, I decided to purchase a Permanent Account today. Yes, I know. LJ has had it's problems lately. But I doubt I'll be leaving any time soon. Especially since I'm planning to get my brother started up with an lj before he leaves for Korea. And the pull of 138 icons is strong! ;)

Jun. 20th, 2007 11:54 amI'm wearing my platform sandals today so as to make sure I can walk in them before I wear them on Saturday night. It seems to be going okay. I've only almost fallen off of them once! This is kind of a miracle for me, considering I fall off of/out of my flat Doc sandals all the time. The sad part is that it was my good ankle that twisted.
I woke up at 5am this morning for no reason whatsoever. So I actually took some time getting ready for work today. Makeup and everything. I'm sure people think I have an interview after work.

Fail macros are way funnier than cat macros. Yes or no? Except the Pokemans cats, of course. They're funny every single time.
