dazeebean, I'm really sure that you will not like this movie. And to be perfectly honest, I'm not sure that I want to see it again so soon. I'll buy it when it comes out on DVD and we can watch it then? And maybe we can see a different movie next week. If you still want to see Borat, I'll go with you to see that.

Jackman will play Las Vegas, one of Peter Allen's more frequent concert destinations. Jackman will kick off his world concert tour in April when he plays the Wynn Resort. Caroline, or Change's George C. Wolfe will direct the Jackman concert, which will also boast choreography by Tony Award winner Kathleen Marshall. Liz Smith also reports that Jackman's show will feature a troupe of dancers.

Dammit! It had better be more than just like Vegas, Sydney, London & NYC. I feel a road trip coming on.

1. What character from the original "Wizard of Oz" would you most want to be or identify with most? (This would be before reading any of the mythology created in "Wicked.) and why? And which character from "Wicked" do you most identify with / want to be and why?
Uhhhhh, you know, I was never a huge Wizard of Oz freak. That was more my sister's department. I did always have a facination with the Wicked Witch of the West though, since she had cool flying monkeys and all. And a good laugh. Now Wicked is much easier. I totally relate to Elphaba! It's not that my father hated me and I was trying to save the animals or anything. I just feel like I'm misunderstood a lot, and I try to fight for what I believe in. And she's pretty & green!

2. If you could go back in time to the '80s or early '90s, which band would you love to see live and in their prime?
This is probably not the answer you were expecting, but it would be Nirvana. They're one of my favorite bands and I was never able to see them live. I really regret that.

3. What era of wrestling and which federation did you think was the greatest or has the most special meaning to you as a fan?
Crap. I have no idea what to say. Okay, I'll go with the late 90's 'til the end of WCW. Yes, there was a lot of bad, bad wrestling. But there was also Big Sexy Kevin Nash and I adored him. Plus, I felt like I knew the guys a little bit after religously listening to WCW Live every day. I don't know, it was just a lot of fun to be a fan then.

4. If you could ask Hugh Jackman 3 questions, what would they be? (I would ask for 5 questions, but we'll just assume that #4 and #5 will be "Wanna shag?" and "Can I take pictures." LOL!)
Let's see..."Will you sing me a song?" "Can I have a hug?" and "Would you leave your wife for me?" =) No, no, no, maybe "Will you take your shirt off?"

5. Please explain how you got the nickname "Jager Bitch."
This question is easy. Two years ago when I was following Faster on the Sludge tour, it somehow became my job to supply Chad with Jager during the show. In fact, he would call for me from onstage to bring it to him. Not just his usual "someone bring me Jager" schtick, but actually "Leigh! Leigh! Jager!" So, it became known that I was his drink bitch, and more specifically his Jager Bitch. I think Lee came up with it, if my drunken mind remembers it correctly. And it kind of stuck.

Did I mention that my new phone has a craptacular camera?

Yes, me lying in bed last night. Fortunately, you can't see my Hugh Jackman pillow case, because that would make me look like a real dork.

My copies of Van Helsing and Profile of a Serial Killer shipped today! YAY!! Hugh's butt is on it's way to me! Hopefully, it'll arrive by Thursday, but I suppose it doesn't matter. It's not like I have time to watch anything until the weekend.

Oh yes, that reminds me. I'm starting to work four nights at the bookstore again. So that means Weds is my only night off and I'm harder to get a hold of again. It should only last a couple months.

As my birthday present to myself this year, I bought a video capture card for my computer yesterday. This means I can hook up my TV/VCR to the computer and record things right into mpeg/avi. Yahoo! I'm salivating at the thought of getting old hair band videos off of my rickety VHS tapes and into digital. Because, you know, I don't spend quite enough time in front of the computer as it is. I can also, finally, get the small, tiny clip I have of Hugh as Gaston onto my computer. YAY!! I need more Gaston! This will also make mini-movie icon making easier, as I'll be able to record the part of a DVD that I want as a mpeg, then open right into Animation Shop, rather than making all the screencaps and putting them together in an animation. Slick! I'll be able to record everything onto VCDs, so I don't clutter my harddrive too bad. And I'm contemplating plunking down the money to install a DVD burner, then I can burn them all onto DVDs instead. Maybe that'll be for Christmas, although I was planning on getting a spiffy digital camera (yes, finally!) then. Decisions, decisions...

I finally have a spare moment to write this! Sheesh, you try to go on vacation for a couple days and people seem to think they should dump all kinds of work on you before you go.

I won't have time to update later, as I must get to sleep as early as possible. I have to get up at like 4am tomorrow! *eek!* kaceofspades, I want to know how Great White was if you end up going tonight. I wish I could be there. wonderfungus, I hope your move goes well. 1. Scanned all of the rest of my photos from Sat night, so I can hopefully get many of them posted tonight.

2. Ate steak & potatoes at taylorea's house with dazeebean and Emily.

3. Finally watched the Tony Awards.

4. Squealed over the shiny gold pants and hip thrusting.

5. Watched the hip thrusting again.

6. And one more time. ;)

7. Chopped up my downloaded video of said hip thrusting into little pieces, so I can work on new mini-movie icons tonight.
