I just booked our flight and hotel for New York! Our trip is now an absolute reality!! I had to go kiss my Oz tickets in celebration.

Sure, I can whip up an icon for you. But I won't be able to get it done until Saturday. Do you want the same background? Or something else? Other text, or just your name? I chopped that whole segment into a million little bits for easy icon making!

Can you make the entire thing moving or can you only do mini-movies? Cause if you can do the whole thing animated/movie like that then I'll take that. But if you can only do mini, I'll take that. Not that picky, honestly. :-) And don't worry about rushing on it... favors can take as long as they need to.

I can make the whole thing move, but it'll probably be too big for an icon then since it has to be under 40k. Plus, the video isn't that clear, so it looks better if it's smaller. I have a couple ideas though...I think I can make something work for you. I may only be able to use the end of the clip (with the thrust), but I'm sure I can figure it out. I'll let you know!

Me, I'd rather stay home. Not incredibly excited about my two looming trips in July.

I did just find out I'm on a panel with Jacqueline Carey at the Seattle conference? Uhm...HELLO??? Talk about me freaking out. Luckily, it's a small con, so not many people will hear me stutter nervously through the whole thing.

If you don't know who Jacqueline Carey is, Leigh, CHECK HER BOOKS OUT!! She's an AWESOME fantasy writer, and I know you'd love her stuff.

I do know who Jacqueline Carey is. I have a couple of her books, I just haven't read them yet. Soon though, I will. Really.

I wonder if that's the same con Katie MacAlister will be at?? I will be forever jealous of you if you get to meet her!
