Do you ever get so damn tired that you are just hyper-awake, with no hope of getting sleep anytime soon? That's how I've been all day. I'm SO tired. Yet sitting up and fucking 'round on the puter. sigh...

Even though I was all ready to stay home this weekend and save some money, I have changed my mind (with the help of some bribery from

xiolablux) and am gearing up for another road trip. We're apparently going to the middle of nowhere to see Killingbird in Wisconsin this weekend. I'm excited about it! They rock live!!

I had a very boring, normal weekend last weekend. I worked on Sat morning, helped my aunt with some computer stuff and then took

taylorea and Mandrew out for dinner with the gift card I won in the costume contest. Damn it was good!! I wish we could actually afford to eat there. Sun morning was the second meeting of our It's a Really Good Book group. I thought it went pretty well, even though I didn't like our book. We're reading The Eyre Affair next, which sounds like it's kind of twisted. Then

taylorea and I spent the rest of the day scrapbooking. We did it for hours! We went through five movies!! How sad is that?? But my album is looking pretty good and I've got quite a bit done.

I feel like I'm in a very strange place right now. I have nothing to complain about (except being broke all the time, which is my own fault), I'm enjoying life and even looking forward to winter. But so many of my friends are having some real problems in their lives. I can't really comiserate with them, all I can do is be there.
