it's days like these that keep me on my winning streak

While we were planning to go to Detroit, Julee decided to see if one of her favorite bands, Robin Black and the Intergalactic Rock Stars, would be playing anywhere near there. They're a Canadian band whose record has not been released here in the U.S. and Julee adores them. I didn't really know all that much about them, just that they're very pretty and glam. They just happened to be playing in London, Ontario, which is only about 2 1/2 hours from Ann's place. Julee asked if I would go with her and I agreed, of course. How could I deprive a friend of her dream??
