Ahoy mateys! I'm here in California and it's much colder than it is at home. What's up with that?? =/

Carly & I spent about 12 hours at Disneyland today. I don't think I want to add all my receipts together to find out how much I spent. A LOT. I even bought a pair of mouse ears. Pirate mouse ears! *g* And we found the pirate treasure!



I know Carly's eyes are closed, but the look on Jack's face more than makes up for it.

Since I asked Jack if I could have an autograph (yes, dorky - I know) and a photo, he turned to Carly and asked if I was always that friendly. When she said yes, he said he felt sorry for her. I got insulted by Jack Sparrow! Awesome!!

That's the very short version of our day. I had a great time and have much merchandise to show for it. Tomorrow is the Blackboard Jungle show and Sunday is Wicked!! Can't wait!!

I'm not out there because $6.50/hr, 30 hrs a week does not afford me to do anything like that anymore. :/

Trust me, if I would have had enough for a plane ticket plus a dime to spare, with Motochrist, Love/Hate, and BBJ going on, I would have dropped everything to go.

Thankfully I stashed $100 in my suitcase before yesterday so I'd have money for the rest of the weekend. =) Otherwise I probably would have spent that too.

Jack is the best character Disney has had in a while. Of course they have him walking around the park! Especially since they just opened the Pirate Lair area.

Nope, no Will. No one likes Will, remember? ;)
