Dec. 19th, 2006 01:31 pmBoredom is leading me to make my PTO spreadsheet for next year. Because HR never seems to have our PTO balance correct, we all pretty much keep track on our own too. I'm currently accruing 23 days a year of PTO (seriously, that's 4 1/2 weeks of vacation!), but after my 8th anniversary in August, I'll be accruing 24 days. It works out to 23.36 days of PTO. Plus the 10 days I carried over. And 3 floating holidays. Yes, that's 36 days off for next year. =) And we can only carry over 5 days next year, so that's 31 days I have to take off next year. That's a little over six weeks off! How great is that?? Some fun bands better be going on tour because I'll be ready to road trip!
except for the fact that I'll be broke because I just bought a car, but there's ways around that
AWESOME!
