I showed my mom my sliced up finger today and she immediately said "That really needs a couple stiches." Nooooooo! I am in complete denial about this. Especially since I would have had to go to the ER to do it last night or tonight after work, and it'll be too far along healing to get it done tomorrow. So, no. No stitches. It'll be fine. Really.

In other news, only FOUR more before-Xmess days of work at Hallmark! Yipee! I'll be happy when this is all over for another year.

Oh noes, no stitches!! I was wondering that as well though. I suppose the best you can do is just keep it tightly wrapped, unless there's no improvement tomorrow - then you might just have to bite the bullet. :/

It'll be fine, I'm sure. It's not really that deep. It just looks bad since it's across the knuckle. That's making it hard to hold the skin together. I have a couple butterfly closures holding it together now and I'm just hoping for the best.

Nope. Not yet. I think the vicious little old ladies refuse to drive at night, so I miss most of them when I'm working. Thankfully.

I look back on the insanity I went through at B&N for years and I have no idea how I did it. I wouldn't want to go back to that again for any amount of money.

Maybe 7:00? 7:15? My flight's at 9:30, and I'm usually pretty anal about making sure I'm there way early. I'm on American, though, which shouldn't be as crazy as, say, Northwest, so I could probably push it back a half hour or so if you don't want to go that early!
