I told my mother the other day to wait and vote with me in the afternoon. She went at 7am instead and waited in line for 50 mins. I went at 4pm and walked right up to the election judges and then the booth. Shouldn't she know to trust me??

They're expecting at least an 80% turn out in our state. That's amazing! Way to go 'Sotans!

Anyhow, that's done. I can't handle watching the results trickling in, so I'm staying away from the TV. So let's get back to the really important stuff.

You guys! YOU GUYS. CNN, NBC and hell even FOX News are calling the election for Obama already.

I hardly even know what to say. I'm so jealous of bibliogrrl and carriemonster partying in Grant Park right now!


Also, for some reason I'm very amused by the thought that Butch Walker is sitting at home staring on the TV and typing about election results on his laptop, just like I am.
