I had a fantastic time creating this mix! It's quite a deviation from the singer-songwritery type stuff than I usually put on my fanmixes. I think it matches the story pretty well. =)

Randomly, I think it's funny that you're usually a singer songwriter person and chose these songs for the story because I'm usually that sort of person in my music selections and hadn't even thought that there could other genres of music that could provide a sound track for the story. But it does it in such a lovely, edgy way. And ending with Emilie Autumn's Juliet makes me laugh in a good way. I had a great time listening to this mix as I was going through final-final edits on the story.

And thank you so much for putting it all together. Oh! And I have to totally call out the little alpha and omega on the cover, which I totally didn't see the first time, but that's just such a great detail.

The story was just so dark and gritty that I didn't think boy with an acoustic guitar music was going to compliment it very well. It really needed some angry rock guitar to go with it. I'm very glad that you enjoyed it! I definitely enjoyed working on it. It certainly helps to have a great story to work with. :)

Heh. It helps to take notes while I'm reading. After I noted the alpha & omega line, I knew I wanted to incorporate it somewhere.

This is true - the story is dark and gritty. Although I'll always maintain there's space for boy with acoustic guitar.
