Week in the Life: Day 1

seimaisin did this a couple weeks ago and taylorea did it last week. I figured this week might as well be mine. =) I've twice failed miserably at doing Project 365, but I can probably handle taking photos for a week.

1. You must take between 6 and 8 new photographs per day.
2. Your WITL must be consecutive. No skipping days.
3. You must post your photographs at the end of that day, some time after the last picture is taken.
4. Each photograph must have the time taken and a title, with no other explanation

10:33am Studying up for Friday night


3:33pm This is the face of someone who just had to audit 200 COBRA invoices in 30 minutes


5:33pm Seriously? Halloween already?


5:34pm Oh, right. It could be worse.



Crap! I forgot Project Runway started tonight! Gee, I hope Bravo reruns it. heh

LOVE the "halloween... could be worse"...it's SO true...and sick...that stores put christmas stuff out in the SUMMER! Seriously, does it take THAT long to figure out how to decorate a fucking tree? And really, is it just me or does most of the world tend to do their shopping like the week before Christmas? LOL

I work at one of those stores and I can tell you Christmas ornaments iz srs bizness. We're already OUT of some ornaments. As in, we won't be getting ANY more in. And it's July 16th!

that hallmark ornament stuff is crazy. you have got to be kidding about asking if bravo will rerun project runway. they rerun everything a thousand times. matter of fact i caught the rerun b/c i forgot the first run too.

Yeah. Our Hallmark rep came in on Sat and was a little stunned by how many ornaments we'd already sold. It was crazy!

Umm, okay. I'll try to make this short.

There's a big geek sci-fi convention in town every year. It's in a fancy hotel with big cabana rooms surrounding the pool that get rented out by groups of people to have party rooms. They decorate them, provide snacks, activities, sometimes booze, etc. Last year there was a Torchwood Institute room and they had video bingo featuring clips of Jack flirting with people. Captain Jack Harkness Flirtation Bingo. (video bingo is apparently a BIG DEAL because more than one room hosts it) THIS year, the Torchwood people decided to have a pirate room instead. So the game became Captain Jack Sparrow Flirtation Bingo instead. And they had posters up ALL OVER the hotel with Sparrow's head pasted onto Harkness' body, to show that Jack was replaced. They also used the defabricated photo, but I liked the bomb straddling pic better. So I stole one of the posters and now it's in my cube.

I picked a week where I'll actually be doing something so not every photo is from work.

See that giant photo of Ianto? The eyes FOLLOW ME wherever I move. it's kinda creepy.
