The rest of the season has been SO GOOD that this episode and all it's effed up happenings was pretty much a disappointment. Not that it was terrible. There was just too much of the weird things that make absolutely no sense.

And there wasn't enough Ianto.

meh, it made sense. Was a fairly meh ep, but made sense.

Owen died, Jack knew of another glove. He got it, got weeviled, brought Owen back who then became a zombie gateway for the avatar of Death. Weevils worshipped him as the messiah, death ate people, Owen pinned it down in a showdown where it had no one left to feed on and dissipated. The energy from the glove that made him Zombie Doc is fading, but they don't know how fast and in the mean time he's really really going to start to smell because the bad taste fart scene they did means that the bacteria in his gut have started to feed ON his gut (and he's lost muscular control of his sphincter) and sooner rather than later due to the normal process of decomposition large liquified amounts of his internal systems are going to start falling out his arse.

We're in for a lovely end of season here :P

oh, and the glove fed on Maaaarfa and took her youth because the script was written before the writer knew about Marfa coming in and couldn't think of anything to do with her, so he took her out of the picture. Plus he needed a way to get them to the hospital.

Eh, no worse than some of the other episode precepts :P (why yes EoD, I AM looking at you!)

But it is an episode decidedly full of meh, which is a real let down because they've gone from strength to strength this season. Can we just have Tregenna (Captain Jack Harkness, Meat, Adam) writing the entirity of season 3 plzkthx?
