WHAT THE FUCK? Kevin DuBrow dead at 52. I just...wow. That's hard to believe. I've never been a huge Quiet Riot fan or anything, but I've seen them live twice and enjoyed them.

Okay, I've finally gotten around to listening to the new Duran Duran CD today and it's pretty much a pile of crap. This doesn't make me too hopeful for JT's upcoming collaborations with Madonna.

It is FREEZING in my cube today. Like, wearing a sweater and a hoodie and gloves freezing. brrrrrrrr

I know. But this is ridiculous. EVEN MY LAPTOP IS COLD! The fan for my laptop hasn't kicked on once yet today. And I like to use it to keep my hands warm.

And I have to disagree on DD...at first I had a similar opinion, but then I kept playing it, and it grew on me. A lot. Now I think I kind of love it. It's different, but I still dig it.

The DD...I have to say I kinda agree. and I agree with rockerlee too. It does grow on you...after awhile...There are some songs I really like..and others...blergh...particularly the song you are listening to and Nite Runner and Skin Divers. Blech

Here's the thing nowadays. I have SO MUCH music that if something doesn't catch my interest right away, I probably won't listen to it again. I have too many other choices of things I actually like, you know? But I'll try to give it another chance in a few days.

I'm not a huge fan of the new DD album. I like "The Valley" & "Red Carpet Massacre", that's all really. "Nite Runner" & "Skin Divers" sound exactly like "SexyBack". It kinda makes me sad that this is what got released instead of the album that Sony made them shelve.

I'm just going to look forward to seeing them live...that's all.
