OHMYGOODNESS!!

My dad gave me my Christmas money today and I got my big Hallmark check, so I went and bought my brand spanking new 160G iPod!!! *squeesqueesquee* I can't even tell you how excited I am about this. Of course, I'd be more excited if my iTunes would update a little faster so I can actually put music on it. And it will hold my entire music collection. How freaking cool is that?!? (of course, that won't be the case for very long since I acquire music pretty fast)

Happily, the custom protective case I had for my old iPod fits the new one so it'll look just as snazzy. And the new one will also be called The Black Pearl, because really it's the bestest iPod name ever! =)

Anyhow...Drea, that stuff I said I'd get done tonight? Yeah, not happening. I have a new toy to play with! =) Tomorrow night, for sure.

My 4GB is awesome and I love it. I'm waiting for a 500GB though 'cuz I'm just greedy like that, hehe. =P

I had a 30G so moving up to 160G is kind of heavenly. =) I should be happy with it for a while.

Don't worry. I already have all the accessories I need. But since I'm giving my old iPod to my mom I might give her my transmitter too and get a fancy new one for myself.

Im gonna get one eventually, i have a 60 gig one, but no video, i got it just before that model came out. and i have a pink lastic cover on it, which looks really cool!

i keep mine in a cool place , just in case.
luckily here you can get batteries replaced easely.

Yeah, they just introduced the 160G iPod a few weeks ago. And I've been trying to get my hands on one since then. ;)

I have a case from iFrogz (http://ifrogz.com/) and I love it. And I have a custom click wheel cover, so the whole thing looks like this (http://farm1.static.flickr.com/157/355489475_1546af025e_o.jpg).

I've never had an issue with the battery. My brother had an older model though and the battery did die. It's not too hard to replace them though. There are places around that will do it.

I decided that I HAD to have it. But my music/video collection barely fits on it! I only have 4G of extra space. =/ I'm going to have to go through it and unselect some stuff I don't really need with me.

I should have bought new tires for my car instead. But where's the fun in that?? I needed a new iPod!!

Don't worry. I was just going to set up my dreamhost stuff. Now it looks like I'll be doing it this weekend.
