Yesterday, I didn't have any plans for this weekend. Now I'm busy every night! I love how my life works. =)

Anyhow, movie plans are as follows:
Sat night: Waitress at Showplace in IGH. Movie is at 8pm, so meet at the theater around 7:45.
Sun night: Ocean's Thirteen also at Showplace. Movie is at 7pm, so meet at the theater around 6:45.
Everyone is invited to join us, of course!

And no, I'm not just picking Showplace since it's 5 mins from my house. It's centrally located for everyone who would be attending the movies. Really. I swear.


Also, when I've been bored lately and it's not Caturday, I'm usually found reading Firefly fic/slash.

Where's the option for "if it's done right"? Because, as a general rule, I'll read any pairing that's well done. Except incest, which continues to be one of the few things that my brain won't wrap around for entertainment.

I am, however, still trying to figure out why Jayne/River is such a popular pairing. ::looks confused::

Yeah, I agree with that. I've been reading this chick's stuff because she writes very well and has the voices right for all the characters. But I'm still not really buying that Mal & River got married.

Oh God. I accidentally stumbled across a River/Simon story a couple weeks ago and I still can't wipe it from my brain! *gags*

Pirates it is then....man it feels like seeing movies is the only way I get to see you, that has to change.

I think perhaps we should somehow (of course when/if you're free-which is, I know...never!) start our walking program again...whaddya tink?

Aww, lucky. I want to see Ocean's Thirteen. I haven't even seen Pirates yet.

On the FF front, I prefer any combo of Mal/Kaylee/Jayne, but I wouldn't be opposed to some Mal/River if it were done well. Way too often, I find myself annoyed by River in fics. Though, I am starting to like Inara more as time goes on.
