I got up early this morning (well, earlier than normal for a Sat) and went out to the Sprawl of America to find some clothes for next weekend. I end up with a cute pair of pants, a skull tank and some camo shorts from Torrid. When I was walking towards the counter, I saw them! THE most adorable shoes! And they were perfect for my Inara costume!! So, I'm now the proud owner of these awesome wedges. Seriously, they're exactly what I was looking for! And they're super comfy! I just have to make sure I don't twist my bad ankle while I'm wearing them.

A quick trip to Deb to grab a couple cheap shirts and a side trip to get a pretzel and my total Mall experience was less than an hour. Not bad!

And now I'm off to work. Boo.

HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE? Everytime I darken the door over there, I lose at least four hours of my life. It's like a time vortex thing. NOT FAIR.

Did you get the tank that has the skull print all over it? I *almost* bought that this morning while I was at Torrid.

I'm in desperate need for office setting summer work clothes and it sucks. I also need a super cute outfit to wear to Duran Duran next month. I'm failing miserably at both right now. I wound up spending $100+ at LB on stuff that is not appropriate for either setting.

I was looking for some stuff that I would actually wear but still double as work clothes. I did okay, I guess.

I got a couple of basic things...like a new button down shirt, a polo (blah) and some new tanks. I was psyched to see that LB had tanks much like the Torrid ones but they were stars instead of skulls. :) So I got one of those in aqua blue.

Yep! I got the black w/ white skulls though, because I don't wear anything but neutral colors.

LB is ALL THE WAY on the other side of the Mall, or else I prob would have gone there too. ;)

I've been on a huge blue kick lately. Actually, more like light blue and aqua. It's strange. I also went thru a pink phase a while ago...which scared the shit out of me. I'm so NOT a pink person but it looks good on me. I dunno.

The mall I went to is terribly smart. LB is on the first floor and Torrid is right above it on the 2nd, with a flight of stairs right there. Gotta make the big girls workout during their shopping trips. Ha! ;)
