Okay, so upcoming things that you may or may not be interested in.

This Sunday - auroram and I are going to see Waitress at 2:30pm at The Uptown. Anyone else interested? It's adorable! And chock full of food porn.

Also on Sunday, I'll be happy to have anyone over to my parents house who might want to watch Slither. 7ish? I'll try to rustle up some snacks and stuff.

May 24th - Arrrrrr, Pirates! Looks like we have a few theater choices: The Sprawl of America, Southdale, Regal in Eagan. Also, it looks like most of the theaters are having other showings during the evening, besides at midnight. No clue if those are not open to the public "Advanced Screenings" or whatever. But who is in for the movie? I'll work on getting tickets once I have a number.

June 22nd - seimaisin and I are getting tickets to see The Saints. It's Flashback to 1993 night!

June 23rd - Can't Stop the Serenity!! I already ordered my Inara dress.

July 7th - Pulp Fiction is playing at Midnight at The Uptown. Anyone interested? I'm kind of upset that Kids in the Hall: Brain Candy is the same night as CSTS.

July 29th - Looks like seimaisin and I will probably be going to Warped Tour. I can't resist those Boys Like Girls kids! If The City Drive only ends up playing on some of the dates and one of them isn't Mpls, you WILL seeing me crying in a dark corner.

Also, it's confirmed that Killingbird is playing the Blackboard Jungle show and that makes me all kinds of happy! Christian sent me a message last night that said they were looking forward to seeing me at the show. =)

ETA: Jaime! I just found an event for us at The Rock! July 11th is Enuff Z'Nuff and Britny Fox!! We're SO going. =)

Looking at the Warped band list, and what dates people are playing ... BLG is on the whole tour, so that's awesome! Alkaline Trio is playing here, and they're pretty good. I'm irritated that Anberlin is leaving the tour before they get to us. :-P And Flogging Molly doesn't start until August! Suck!

Otherwise, there aren't many bands whose music I've heard floating around there. So ... here's hoping The City Drive comes here!!

Yeah, I know. There's a few bands that I'm okay with seeing, but they're not like a huge draw for me or anything.

I guess we'll see how it all goes. SmartPunk said they'd be making their announcement on Friday.

If City Drive lands on Warped Tour and comes through Mpls, I am SO on board.

Multiple showings of which one? Because I could probably be talked into seeing Waitress again. And I'll always be up for watching Slither! Just not at my place since it's a big mess. =/

Well, the voting thing on SmarkPunk said that the top 7 bands would be appearing on their Warped Tour stage and TCD was #6 when the poll closed. So I assume they're in. Now it's just whether or not they'll be on the whole tour. Or at least in Mpls. I'm not kidding that I will cry if they're not.

That's the plan for tomorrow, as far as I know. Just let her know that you want in!

Yes for Waitress. Let me know what works for you. I have good luck with Saturdays, for some reason. And I'd like to see Slither, but if my house is a mess and so is yours, we may have to shoot for neutral territory.

Well, I don't know that Waitress is going to be there through Memorial Day weekend. The Uptown only has times posted through the 24th. So maybe one day next week? I don't know. We can figure it out later.
