Hugh's a wonderful singer who's enjoying a hugely successful run on Broadway right now in [The] Boy From Oz about the life of songwriter Peter Allen. Hugh and I met, hit it off, and are making a beautiful album of some of the greatest standards of all time. It's a very different project for me, and it's been great fun because Hugh's not only a gifted actor, but a terrific guy just oozing with charm and charisma. Don't you just HATE guys like that???" Obviously Richard demonstrates the proper appreciation of Hugh! Can't wait to see the song list."
So, I'm not sure how I feel about this. On one hand, YAY! Hugh's solo album is a reality after being rumored for months. On the other hand, Richard Marx?!?
