leighblackPoint, the first: Why was I just logged out of el jay?
Point, the second: Best Buy cancelled the order for my laptop with no real explanation. Bastards! I should know better than to order from them, but the lure of a free photo printer was too much to resist.
Point, the third: It's okay though, because I ordered the same laptop for nearly the same price from a smaller computer place. And it will for sure be here on Monday because they shipped it this morning! Nothing made me happier today than getting the tracking number. =) I still have to think of a name for it.
Point, the fourth: I am bidding on this sweet messenger bag to be my laptop bag. Though I will also buy a sturdier bag for when I'm traveling.
Point, the fifth: I was thinking about buying a second external hard drive, but the 120G drive on the laptop eliminates that need. Plus, now that I'll have a DVD burner, I can burn all the MST3K episodes that I have downloaded and then delete the files, which will free up a lot of room!
Point, the sixth: The training sessions I've been stuck in this week are finally done so I can get back to my normal work. Thank goodness! The training sessions didn't really have anything to do with me or what I do, but my boss wanted me there anyways. I was having a hard time looking like I was interested.
Point, the seventh: I read Dan Savage's The Commitment in two days! Which really isn't all that amazing, but it's been taking me at least a week or so to read a book lately. It took me ten days to read the new Kim Harrison book and I was super excited about reading it. =/ Anyhow, I love Dan Savage and I loved the book.
Point, the eighth: It's almost the weekend!!
