(no subject)

So, I woke up this morning and felt like complete crap. I had a sore throat yesterday which mildly worried me, but I decided that I couldn't possibly be sick AGAIN. Then I was just burning up and totally aching everywhere this morning. When I determined that my temperature was 101.5°, I called in to work, downed some NyQuil and went back to bed. Thankfully, they only called once with a question. Not so thankfully, the lawn care guys were cutting the grass at my apartment today so I didn't get much sleep. I finally got back out of bed around 3:30 and my temp had gone up to 102.7°. Yeech. I hate having sweat pour out even though I'm not actually doing anything.

I'm doing better now though. No more fever. My throat is still sore and I can't really eat anything, but I'll worry about that later, I guess. I cannot let being sick hamper my birthday weekend!!

I know. I'm not very happy about this.

I assume I'm just reinfecting myself, since it's the same thing I've had twice already this summer. I have a doctor's appointment in a couple hours, so hopefully I can get something to finally make it go away.
