Upcoming events and things

Sat, Aug 12th: the Irish Fair, since I'm so very Irish =/ (although I believe I'll wear my Il Duce "Kiss My Ass, I'm Irish" shirt if it's not too hot out)

Sun, Aug 13th: Bowling for Boobs II!
5-8pm, Park Tavern in Saint Louis Park, all you can bowl for $10!

Fri, Aug 18th: Snakes on a Plane/My 30th birthday party!
Everyone is invited to join us, of course. I'm thinking the Mediterranean Cruise Cafe in Eagan for dinner before the movie. Yes, it's a little more expensive than we're used to. It's my birthday! There's belly dancing! And look at that menu!! *mouth waters* Anyhow, then a late showing of the movie. More exact details to come later on.

Sat, Aug 26th: my friend's death/thrash metal band, Bellicose, is coming up from Nashville to play at Minnesota Mayhem 3
I'm really excited for them, because this is a great opporunity. But death metal? Not so much for me. Ummm, so if anyone wants to go with me to keep me company...yeah. Apparently, this is the last show at the bar, so there will be super cheap booze. Is that a good enough incentive?

Sat, Sep 2nd: my actual birthday/stalking Sven at The Fair!
An all-day event to be sure, but people can join us at The Fair at any time if they have to work, or whatever. Sven has confirmed that he should be at The Fair on his normal workdays, so my birthday dreams of meeting him should come true!! *dreamy sigh*

Fri, Aug 18th: Snakes on a Plane...FUCK YES! I've been planning on this for months it seems..I'll be there...wouldn't miss it for the world!...the restaurant sounds nice, I haven't looked at the menu yet, but Belly Dancing, can't go wrong there!

Sat, Aug 26th: my friend's death/thrash metal band...I'll join you, if I don't have other plans, I mean I shouldn't b/c classes are only Mon-Thurs every week, so (tentatively) count me in!

Saturday- Irish fair, Jamie want to go to something that starts at 1:00, I can't remember what it is but then there is a show at 7:00 or something like that It might just be the three of us since Michelle is going to a wedding. SO we'll have lots of time in between to... jig?

Sunday- I'm pretty sure I'm in for boobs!

Snakes on a plane- I work until 6:30 and I am so in for a chance to eat at the cruise!

Sven stalking- I have the day off, so we should be good there.

Irish Fair - Cool. Maybe it would be best if you guys just came to get me at work then. That gives us plenty of time to find parking & stuff.

Sunday - Great! I'm trying to round up some more people for bowling.

SoaP - YAY! Dinner is going to be just as good as the movie. =)
