12 of 12: February Edition
Feb. 13th, 2006 12:33 amLast month, the fabulous Chad Darnell had the great idea that bloggers should post 12 pictures of themselves doing things on the 12th day of the month. Sort of a "get to know you" thing. I couldn't participate last month since I didn't have my camera yet, but I did take plenty of photos today. I actually had a hard time only selecting 12! You can click on the photos to get the bigger versions, if you so desire.

Me, just getting up. It's hard to see, but the clock does indeed say that it's 2:13pm. Sundays rule!

Sleeping in gives me a wicked headache sometimes. This morning was no exception. I stumbled around looking for my bottle of Ibuprofin, which was finally located on one of my overstuffed bookcases.

I slept in so late because I was up really late reading this horrible book. I have no idea why I kept reading it, because I despised nearly every sentence of it. It's a shame, because I liked the author's other books.

The book I should have been reading instead (The Know-It-All by AJ Jacobs, for my book club) sits somewhere in this pile of junk on my sofa.

I should have been cleaning either my apartment or the apartment office this afternoon. Instead, I was sitting in my grandma chair and doing my cross-stitch. I rock like that.

On the phone with
taylorea (Bren) to confirm our plans for the evening.

I get a lot of grief for living in Minnesota and how it's so cold and has so much snow. This is outside my apartment building. Yes, no real amounts of snow. Yay for global warming!

Me, outside in the sunlight with no jacket, in mid-February. I love it!

The sky looked really awesome as the sun was going down and the moon was becoming visible. It was full of gorgeous blues, purples and pinks. This photo really doesn't do it justice.

Bren & I went to pick up Papa Murphy's pizza for dinner. Yum! I'm sure it looked perfectly normal to be taking a photo outside of the store.

I was over at Bren's to fix up her laptop with some software, but we made sure to watch my Saturday Night Live: The Best of Alec Baldwin DVD. I do so love the Schwetty Balls sketch!

Bren & I. Quite possibly the worst photo of me ever.
And that was pretty much my day!
