Everyone tells me to read Evanovich. That's probably why I've never read her. I'm just like that.

Hmmm...have you seen Immortality, aka The Wisdom of Crocodiles? Weird, but definitely worth a watch.

I understand about the Evanovich books, that's why I've never read Ann McCaffery, because everybody says I have to.

Another book I would suggest reading is To Say Nothing of the Dog by Connie Willis.

Hmmmm...I'm not sure that Connie Willis is really my type. I'm very, very picky about the fantasy/Sci-Fi stuff.

Did you really like Hostel? I keep hearing such varied things about it, so I'm not sure. I really hate scary movies that aren't scary at all and I'm worried that's going to be the case with that one. Of course, I can get in for free, so maybe I should just go anyways. ;)

The cover of Tithe always intrigues me. I should probably just buy it.

Hostel was great if you're one for gore. If thats your thing then you'll love it. However the storyline sucked, it was very obvious who was doing what and that sort of thing.

And Tithe is a great book. If you like that one, I'd highly recomend Black's second book "Valiant" as well.

Ooh hun, if you really want to go see this movie, I'll take you, but be warned, I've seen the very 1st 10-15 minutes, so bascially nothing happened yet. But then I went in and saw about another 5-6 minutes of it and that's all I could take. And I see a lot of shit! But just to forewarned, I may not watch it all. Pretty graphically violent and not in the "cool" 28 Days Later kind of way. But let me know, I'd rather see it with someone than by myself....I'm such a wuss.--Sad but true.
