leighblackSorry, Carly. I'm going to have to make Nip/Tuck screencaps tomorrow. My dog was kind enough to bite a chunk out of my clickin' hand today, so I'm going to not overwork it tonight.
I finally got my Hallmark schedule today. (Oh, I mention here that I'm working at Hallmark for the holidays? I'm not sure that I did.) This has to be the most disorganized thing ever! I'm really not looking forward to working there, especially for the peanuts I'm making. I gave the manager (Diane) a list of three days that I'm busy in Dec, and she scheduled me to work 2 of them. And the very first day I was scheduled (one of the days I couldn't work) I was scheduled to close by myself. Ummm, hi? I've had NO training and have no idea what the hell is going on. I wouldn't have even gone in to look at the schedule if I hadn't had a check to pick up from the first two days I worked, putting up displays, two weeks ago. And I only knew I had a check because I asked my mom about it. No one bothered to call to say it was there, or that the schedule was ready. No one has told me the rules about either of them, or really told me anything at all. =( *sigh* It's only for a few weeks. I can hack it. It just sucks that I'm scheduled 15 days in Dec. That's half the month! I guess I didn't think I'd be working that much. I'm working more than some of the regulars are. Three of those days are with my mother, so that should be interesting. We'll try our best not to kill each other, I suppose.
Not much else going on. Tomorrow is peppermint thumbprint cooking baking and Rent again, and Sunday is oatmeal cookie baking. Oh! And I'm all the way down to "I" in my quest of listening to all the music I download and never listen to. I'm pretty proud of myself. And my mom decided that she'd buy my external harddrive for my Xmas present, instead of my Wicked tickets, which is fine. I NEED the external HD and bad! I have about 25 CDs sitting here of things I've had to move off my 'puter to make room, and it's nearly full again. That's what happens when you go nuts from getting a DSL line, I guess.
Off to watch my new Floyds DVD...
