I fell asleep around 8:30 last night. I suck. That's the first time I've missed L&O in ages. Was it new? Did I miss anything?

Is it wrong that I don't care one bit about the spa or the what the women are up to on Nip/Tuck? Bring the focus back to the boys and the bare asses and the farking!

This new Madonna CD sure is catchy! I've had it on repeat since I got here this morning. I'm enjoying the fact that I'm torturing my neighbor in CubeVille as he's a HUGE Madonna fan, and I have it and he doesn't.

I'm taking tomorrow off from work, because I can and because I still have 7 1/2 vacation days I have to burn through before the end of the year. I'll be making my bi-weekly trip to B&N. katiemacalister's Blow Me Down is out and I need to have it! I'm sure I'll manage to find a few other things too. I'm also having lunch with my mom.

Speaking of my mother, she's taken it upon herself to act as a crusader to find me ways to make more money. I'm not exactly sure why. So now, instead of just cleaning the office in my apartment building, I'll also be picking up trash around the grounds. Not horribly glamourous, but easy and I'll get $100 off my rent each month. I'll also be working at the Hallmark store my mom occasionally works at. Just for like five weeks before Christmas. I'm not sure this is a good idea, since I'm not such a fan of working retail anymore. And I'll be wokring with my mom on Saturdays, which is sure to drive me nuts. Not to mention all the little old lady customers. I'll just need to keep reminding myself that I need the extra money. And the discount on ornaments.

That's about it. I thought I'd actually write some sort of update.

Jeezum, lady, good luck with the Hallmark gig. I can hardly handle ten minutes in there, what with all the candle smells, but extra money around Christmas isn't a bad thing.

I just bought Blow Me Down last night. Don't know when I'll get around to reading it, but it's nice to know it's there. You can't go wrong when there's a pirate on the cover.

It's a small Hallmark and they don't have a lot of smelly stuff, so I think I'll be okay.
