Thanks for that Leigh!! That's so cool of you. :) You don't *have* to go into great detail or anything but a couple sentences would be nice ;) LOL. Anything really, I just wanna get a general idea of what to write about. :)

Leigh you know i love you , and strange lydia if your friends with Miss Leigh, im sure your cool also. but i have been reading some of the answers to your qustion, now the 3 that I read, 2 of those girls pissed me off. I was and I guess in a way still am, a groupie.
I never bedded some rock guy just cause I could, I always had what you guys now call a "fangirl" love. but becuase I chose to sleep with them that makes me a bag guy? I dont think so. the girl who answerd your qustion 1st lumped groupies in with stalker... OH HELL NO!
Every rock guy I have ever slep with were my friends before I slep with them and after I slep with them.
I have been backstage with bands when the "fangirls" come in, i step aside and let them (the band) hang with there fans, hell half the time i the one taking the pics, I have talked to more fans around the US in person, the ones who could not get backstage, I have helped theese fans get autographs and some times have even been able to get them passes so they cpuld go back and meet the band. I have draged rock guys off of buses when they did not want to go , just to meet people that had travled to see them, or even just someone who was such a huge fan that the band should meet them.
I guess Im upset cause some of those girls talk about groupies like we are trash.
most groupie I know wee fagirls 1st, before they ever crossed that line in to being a groupie. I really dont see that much of a diffrent between a groupie and a fangirl, just one.

Im sorry for going off in your LJ leigh, it just really rubed me wrong.
I love fangirls! I love seeing them at shows, its just not a good show with out the around. But I will not be made to feel like crap at the end of the night, when i go back to the hotel room.

I posted his here cause i wanted you to know how a "groupi" felt about what some of these girls are saying, and the big reason Iput it here was so it would not stop people from saying how they feel on your thng..

Believe me, you know I understand what you're saying. And I agree with you. But you have to know that you're not a typical groupie. All too many chicks are just there to fuck a rock star and don't care about anything or anyone else. Just off the top of my head I can name three chicks that I know who are exactly like that. But I don't know anyone else like you. ;)

Just like the squealing teeny-boppers give the rest of the fangirls a bad name, those groupies give everyone else a bad name.

You have to post in my journal more often. I don't use the black socks icon for anyone but you. =)

I myself have been backstage, on the tour bus, in the hotel room etc, partied with the band, all that. Though I've never slept with any of the band. Doesn't mean I wouldn't. I'm friends with them first and foremost and there's nothing wrong with your type of groupie. Hell, I will admit to having potential :P LOL. I think those girls ragging on the groupies don't understand that it's more complicated then that. There ARE some groupies just out to fuck a rock star and I think those are the ones these girls are referring to. (also the ones that give you a bad name) Just like the screaming crying hair pulling fangirls giving the mature ones a bad name. (make sense?) Anyway thanks for your comment! Is it okay if I maybe use that info? There's quite a bit more to this whole fangirl thing then I thought! :)
