I am so unbearably miserable right now. Besides the cold I cannot shake, and my carpal tunnel acting up, my back is killing me. I have this stuffed chair that I use for my comupter, but it's really old and beat up. All the stuffing seems to have wasted away where I need it, and now there's a huge bar that jams into my lower back whenever I sit in it. My back hurts so much today that I'm having trouble walking. And the pain in my back is affecting my vision, which is giving me a huge headache and making me dizzy. It doesn't help that people keep asking me questions that I have no idea what the answers are because they really don't pertain to me, and all I really want to do is go home and lie down on a flat surface. For about 3 days. I really, really, really don't want to go to our bookgroup tonight, but I don't have much choice. Hopefully I can leave early.

I'm getting a new chair, but it might not be until the weekend. I can't stay away from my computer for that long!

Leigh has an ouchie...I'm so sorry hon....I really am....does your insurace cover Acupuncture or Acupressure? they really work well.

The carpal tunnel... do you sleep with wrist braces on? Makes a WORLD of difference for me when I'm at the point I just want to chop my hands off.

Hello, I'm sorry to hear of your pain problems! I know to some degree of how you feel. (*OT) I have no idea if you got my text message about seeing "Crash" this weekend or Monday if you're free, but I was wondering we can see the movie if you're up to it, then we can go to your place or mine afterwards and I can bring my massage table and give you a back massage, and some wrist attention. Awwww, I'm sorry honey. If you lived nearby I'd make my Chris come over and work on you. He's a Certified Massage Therapist and one of his speciaties is carpal tunnel (I made him take those classes!).
