I have a very big thing to be thankful for after Thanksgiving. My brother hit a deer while driving in an ice storm on his way back to Sioux Falls. His car is rather crunched, but he and his friend are both okay. They were pretty lucky. Especially since when they were stopped to assess the car, another car went past them, did a couple 360s and the back of the car ended up on sitting on top of the guardrail on the shoulder.

I'm also pretty thankful that it's 9:30am and I'm already caught up on things from being out of the office yesterday. Not too bad at all.

I didn't end up doing much of anything yesterday. I had lunch with my mom and then spent most of the rest of the day screwing around on my 'puter. No cleaning, no laundry. That's okay though, I suppose. I'll have plenty of time to get caught up on things now that the weather is turning craptacular.

A little retail therapy and things are looking up for the day. I got three new DVDs (Clerks 2, An Evening with Kevin Smith 2 and Scoop) three new books (Jennifer Ashley, Shannon Drake and Cameron Dean) plus other stuff I didn't really need. YAY!!

I'm a moron and left my phone at work. So don't call me tonight, eh? I'll be at Hallmark anyways.
