Since I'm still not feeling all that well, I decided not to go to work again today. I'm a little worried that the new boss might think I'm avoiding him. =) Totally not the case though, as I think he'll be fine.

So, I had a discussion with my stomach about behaving for an hour or so and ran out to do some errands, since I got paid today. Honestly, I know Wal-Mart is an evil corporate giant, but their DVD section is like crack. Things I bought today:
*Wicked: The Grimmerie - Way cool! Still, I think the Rent bible has it beat.
*Susan Squires' The Hunger - Yay! I luuuuuurved The Companion, so I'm very excited to read this.
*The first and third books in the Crimson City series, since I already bought the 2nd book.
*A copy of Curve magazine and the new RT Book Club.
*Batman Begins for $15
*The first season of Nip/Tuck for $20
*The first season of Wonder Woman for $20
*The Ref for $5
*A horribly gaudy velour pillow
*Another new sweater

I think I did pretty good! Now I'm home and back in my jammies and planning to spend the day nestled in front of the TV.
