I wasn't going to enter an icon for this week's "contest" over at jordan_icons because it's a Lily cap and I had no idea what to do with it. But I played around with it anyways and now I really like what I ended up with. Scary. Maybe all my icons will be Lily ones from now on.

Thanks. I can't tell you how many different text brushes I tried before I finally settled on that one. I guess I'm not in tune enough with Lily to have the "perfect" phrase for her.

It's hard to find anything perfect for Lily. I don't know if she really has a perfect phrase. Maybe "Annoying." (Totally kidding... Well, not TOTALLY.)

I like it, though. It's a good phrase for her. (Even if she's trying to be homegirl Lily in that one.)

(Also, you have a Jordan/Nigel icon. I'm not sure I can approve of this. Unless it was Jordan's lack of appreciation for Nigel that made him realize his love of Bug. Otherwise, bad Leigh! No cookie! :P)

It's actually a gorgeous icon, I have to admit. I really like the muted colors and such.

Well, thank you. I was driving home form work today and my brain suddenly decided that I needed to have an icon with that cap and those lyrics. And so it came to be.

He can still have a crush on her, even if he is madly in love with Bug.

They're great lyrics, and they do really fit the icon. And kinda the situation, because you know Jordan would never reciprocate the crush.

Well, the cap is from Season 1 and we have already established that the boys weren't all about each other then, so the crush is permissible. Besides, Bug is too busy mooning over Lily to even notice Nigel in that way.

Yeah, that is a good point. Bug is all over Lily at that point, so it's okay if the crush is then. And besides, maybe Nigel having a fruitless crush can infuriate and amuse Bug at the same time. Hehehe.

It's weird because Nigel is all over Bug about his crush on Lily, but Bug never teases Nigel about his crush on Jordan. Maybe it's because Bug is rather oblivious about his surroundings and doesn't really notice.

Tagalongs are my second favorite. Damn, now I want a cookie.

Well, Bug's personality isn't that teasing, though. I couldn't really imagine him teasing Nigel about Jordan. He doesn't seem like the "I will tease you about your love-life" type.

(And Nigel teases Bug about Lily because he's jealous. We all know it. It's so true.)

But Bug does tease him! There's that whole conversation about how could he rat out Jordan when Renee brought Nigel in for questioning. And there's that part when Jordan's date takes a dive off the balcony and Bug tells her the gossip is that she slept with him. So, he does tease (even about romantic entanglements), just in a snarky, sarcastic way.

I think Nigel teases Bug to get him all riled up, because he's sexier that way. ;)

I didn't remember the ratting out Jordan conversation, but yeah... "The word around the watercooler is you slept with this guy." I remember that one.
