It's a long way down

It's only taken me 7 hours to get caught up on my work from missing 2 days. Not bad, not bad at all.

I bought Johnny Monaco's EP at the show on Sunday and I can't take it out of my CD player. I haven't heard anything I've liked this much since Skyla's CD. It's so pretty & pop-y! But yet, some chick really screwed him over. It kind of reminds me of the Creeps in that way - the "really happy-sounding songs about how much I hate you" way. Not the "I want you to fucking die" way. ;) duckduck, I think you especially would like this. I'll try to remember to burn you a copy. I sent him a message on myspace about how much I liked it and I remembered not to sound like a stalker while I was writing it. Really, it's not like I want him or anything. He's just so sadly adorable that I want to bring him home with me and try to cheer him up. And make him dinner.

My voice is still shot. In fact, it seems to be worse today. I hope it's just aftermath from the weekend and not that I'm coming down with something.

Ah, I see what you're saying. I often have that urge to bring someone home - not in a sexual way at all - and feed them soup. I keep hoping it will go away, because if nothing else it's kind of annoying.

Thankfully, I never act on it. Which is a good thing.

I was really noticing that too, those white polyester pants he has on did not help him look not so skinny if thats what he was going for.... Oh and today I bought you something!

Nuh uh. They were blue, just very very pale. I swear. I'm going to get one of my rolls developed tonight. We'll see for sure.
