If you've been here a while, you may remember this entry from long, long ago. The dizzy spells I complained about there stopped once my neck healed itself. But they're back again and I have no explanation. Other than it's probably caused by my severe lack of sleep. (Oh yeah, since I haven't mentioned it lately, the insomnia is still following me around. If I was able to, I'd sleep all afternoon, but I just can't sleep at night at all.) The dizzy spells are short, usually less than a minute. I'll be walking or sometimes sitting, and my vision will start to swim and my equilibrim becomes non-existant. It sucks. I don't know what to do. And no, going to the doctor isn't going to happen. I still owe them money from my last visit. *stupid insurance deductable*

Sleep with or without clothes on: Without. I generate a lot of heat when I sleep, and I suffocate if I'm wearing clothing.
