Where do you find those cool mood things, im new to LiveJournal and am dying for some help on my sight, pics of His Hughness on the side panels, and Hughfilled emoticons!! Hello. To get a custom mood theme, you have to hae a paid account. Then you can load your own pics into a mood theme. There's a FAQ for that here:
