Okay, I need to write this all out. Because there is SO MUCH GOING ON that I can no longer keep track. Being busy is awesome, of course. But this is starting to border on the ridiculous!


8/8 - Irish Fair! stardiver is currently flying back home and will join us tonight!

8/9 - Irish Fair again!

8/9 - except that I'm skipping out on the Irish Fair to see Idina Menzel @ the Fitzgerald. NO ONE will go with me. Sad. So seriously, I have an extra ticket if you want to go. Free. It's in the 2nd row. Otherwise it'll just go unused. taken by seimaisin!

8/10 - Irish Fair! And The Fuchsia Band is on the main stage, finally!

8/15 - Possible Oscar and other geek bands @ Matty B's in Mpls

8/22 - Gaelic Storm @ the Minnesota Zoo - already have tickets!

8/27 - Eight is Enough Obama fundraiser @ the Turf Club with Tapes n' Tapes and P.O.S. - this one is kind of iffy. One one hand, P.O.S.! On the other hand, it's a Wed night and I need sleep.

9/6 - Graham Colton @ the Fine Line - just bought my ticket!

9/9 - The Dandy Warhols @ First Ave - eh? maybe? anyone want to go? duckduck?

9/12 - Great Big Sea @ the State Theater - we have tickets in the 2nd row! =)

9/17 - The Cruxshadows @ the Varsity - apparently they got in there before everyone decided not to play the Varsity anymore

9/18 - Kasey Chambers @ the Park West Theater in Chicago - okay, so this is a big maybe, but I want to go SOOOOOO bad! I was so crushed when she canceled her US Tour two years ago! duckduck and I may road trip for this. Needs more discussion. It's been decided. We're going!! Tickets have been purchased. YAY!

9/29 - WWE RAW @ Target Center with Big Daddy - dude, I haven't been to a wrestling event in years

10/16 - Cobra Starship, Forever the Sickest Kids, Hit the Lights & Sing it Loud @ the fucking Cabooze - we already have tickets! I CANNOT WAIT FOR THIS!

10/17 - Stephen Kellogg & The Sixers @ the Varsity - they also managed to get into the Varsity, YAY! We already have tickets for this one too.

10/21 - New Kids on the Block & Natasha Bedingfield @ the Xcel - yes, we are certainly going and we already have tickets! we still need to make our puffy paint shirts though.

10/24 - Family Force 5, Danger Radio and some other bands I've not really heard of @ fucking Station 4 - tickets go on sale tomorrow! I'm super excited about this show! I am not excited about that stupid bar.

10/24 - also, there will possibly be a Half Ass Jack gig in Hastings that night, so we'd head to that after shaking our asses to FF5

10/31 - The Academy Is... & We the Kings @ the Cabooze - yes, ON HALLOWEEN! It's going to be awesome. No ticket info yet.

11/7 - Wicked @ the Orpheum - so I have all these tickets to see Wicked and no arrangements for anyone to go with me. So, you know, let me know if you're interested. I might take my mom once though.

11/18 - Rise Against, Alkaline Trio, Thrice & the Gaslight Anthem @ Myth - I don't think we're 100% sure about this one yet? Decision made!

Oh! ha ha...I didn't realize I was in charge for tonight. I'm getting there early (5ish?) so just call or text when you get there! The rest of the weekend is kind of up in the air.

Oh man! That's too bad. The SK6ers show is supposed to be awesome since it's their anniversary tour.

I was planning to run home to shower before the show because I have a feeling I'll be all stinky after spending the day outside. But we can discuss arrangements and such tonight.

My question is, is there anything at the Irish Fair tomorrow afternoon that we're dying to see? The dance instructor guy, maybe - but he's teaching again on Sunday. None of the music acts are really desperately calling to me. So, is it worth it to go on Saturday, or should we just use Saturday afternoon to get shit done and go back to the Fair on Sunday for dancing and Fuschia Band?
