Week in the Life: Day 5

1. You must take between 6 and 8 new photographs per day.
2. Your WITL must be consecutive. No skipping days.
3. You must post your photographs at the end of that day, some time after the last picture is taken.
4. Each photograph must have the time taken and a title, with no other explanation


9:37am it's been a long weekend


11:02am dear parents, please don't let your kids pay for their webkinz with $32 in quarters


1:37pm this just screams 'Merry Christmas'


5:17pm I only have this because it looks like Butch's guitar


8:06pm I think it may be time to do some laundry


9:10pm Torchwood + Dr Horrible FTW!


10:05pm burning off some of the 12 DVDs of MST3K episodes that are taking up space on my hard drive

I may be all ZOMG HOW DO I BURN SHIT TO A DVD in the next couple of days. Because I wanna, and um, have no clue WTF I'm doing. (Yes I have DVDs).

Also? Got TubeSock. HOLY AWESOME.

Well, I'm here to help! Except that I know zilch about Macs. But maybe we can figure it out.

Does the converter for TubeSock work okay? Usually most programs that convert the .flv files from YouTube make the video look like crap. I actually prefer to download the .mp4 using keepvid.com. No conversion needed. (actually, I have a Greasemonkey script that gives me a place to download the .mp4 right on YouTube too)

haha. Burning seems pretty easy. There is also fontosaurus for me to pester.

The tubesock seems to work fine so far. And since a lot of what I want to convert is my own shitty YouTube video, I'm happy with it. And also since I have just a regular iPod, I'm not super worried about zOMG PERFECT PICTURE.

OMG @ the quarters! How did you manage not to go off? I remember working at a gas station, and people would buy their beer/cigarettes with a ton of change and I'd be like "Gee, if it gets to this...isn't it time to think about your habit?"

It actually happened the day before so I was not a witness to the transaction. I just got stuck counting all the coins in the morning. =/
