We seriously encountered the strangest crowd EVER at the Sarah Borges show tonight. I cannot even begin to accurately describe them. Also, there were approximately one billion people in downtown Minneapolis. Where did they all come from? And when did all those shitty bars open up?

My quick run down of the evening:
Brian Wright & The Waco Tragedies = awesome
Tony Lucca = eh, he was good, I was kinda drunk at that point
Speed walking through one billion people while drunk to get from the Fine Line to 7th St Entry = not the best idea I've ever had, but we made it
Sarah Borges & The Broken Singles = AMAZING, one of the best shows I've been to in a while!

Dr. Horrible Act 3 is almost finished downloading, so I'm going to watch that, post my Week in the Life photos and then crash hard. We've got a big day tomorrow too!

I was downtown! And trying to be drunk, but not really succeeding. Also, not at a shitty bar. The aquatennial's going on. That name makes no sense. Does it happen every water? Not that I went, but it was happening, and the only reason I even know is the bus took a detour. The weather was amazing, though, so I can see why people might want to go out.

Yeah, we knew it was the Aquatennial. (which, yes, is a terrible name) But there were tons and tons and tons of people out and about, dressed up for clubbing. The only possible reason I could come up with was that it's the weather. And also there was a full moon, which was why we encountered some interesting characters.

I honestly had to shut the video off for like 5 minutes because I was laughing so hard. My Nathan Fillion love has definitely been renewed this week.
