Another mini concert review. Because that's all I seem to do lately. Remember the days when I posted long and detailed reviews?? =/

Metro Station: Oh, so young! But rather adorable. I kind of wanted to put their elf-like guitar player in my pocket and keep him. The Cobra Starship crew is going to have a field day with them.

Anberlin: Totally awesome. Great music, great vibe, great energy. I have no idea why they're playing second.

Mae: *snoooooore* Their whole set sounded like the same song. The crowd wanted to dance, but the band is more of the alt-rock, shoe gazing variety. Not a good fit for the show.

Motion City Soundtrack: What happens when you get 4000 of your closest friends in your hometown together and have a big party? That was the exact vibe of their show. So much dancing and singing and crowd surfing and shoe throwing! It was a blast!! The chanting for the encore was the loudest I've ever heard!

It was proven yet again that

seimaisin and I ooze Asshole Attractant. Things were going pretty well where we were hanging out until MCS came on and then we were suddenly surrounded by tone deaf, bitchy, constantly-talking douchebags. Happens every single time. *sigh*
