leighblackI may be in the Northwoods, but that doesn't mean I can't shop! I have books to add to my list of books purchased this year:

I also bought a copy of Zoolander that came with a Tranformers beach ball for reasons I don't really understand. But who cares? I now have a Transformers beach ball! (I still can't talk my brother into going to see it. Anyone want to go next week? Pleeeeeeease??)
But my big purchase is my new external hard drive! *squee* My full-to-bursting old hard drive gave a sigh of relief when I started moving things off of it.

and an extension of my 'puter, my iPod, The Black Pearl (this is an old photo - I was too lazy to go out to my car to get it)
Since I'm at the cabin, this isn't the natural habitat for Crow. Normally he has his own desk. (the Workspace of Love?) But this isn't a terrible arrangement. Except that Riley won't stop following me wherever I go, which includes lying right next to me on the couch so I can't move or anything.
But I can't get mad at him, you know? Even if he does generate a lot of heat and kicks me in the side when he's dreaming.
I think that's about it for this morning. *looks at clock* Or afternoon. I do kind of want to stand in line for Prince tickets at First Ave tomorrow, but I'm not too excited about standing all day in the heat. Or coming home early. So I probably won't.

Anyway, I would like to see Transformers for reasons of which I don't quite understand. But I would like to see it. The nights I'm available are: Monday, Thursday (tentative) and Friday-Sunday.
Riley looks very comfortable. Oh and does Norah Jones have a new album coming out??!

...and as far as the Norah Jones CD is concerned, you can upload if you'd like but its not necessary, although I do know you like to share music.
No I just thought it was like brand spanking new b/c I heard on the news last night that she was on like some Early morning show for what I thought was promo for a new CD.
