My Earthlink/Qwest DSL is shit and when my modem broke AGAIN last night and their customer service refused to help me reset set it and claimed it was a problem with the phone line even though I told them about a hundred times that it's NOT THE LINE IT'S THE MODEM JUST LIKE IT IS EVERY TIME I CALL I decided that I'm just getting a new internet service. Because that is the stupidest fucking thing I've heard. Especially when they wanted to charge me for a new modem.
So who do you have? Are you happy with it? My choices are pretty limited, especially since I am dead set against getting another DSL. Which pretty much leaves me with the evils of Comcast. My parents have Comcast so I know all about their slow times. But seriously? My DSL stops working EVERY SINGLE NIGHT from about 6-9pm. Just stops. No internet connection at all. So sometimes slow Comcast internet can't be any worse than that.
