You know what's an awesome word? Bint. I wish it was in the American lexicon. Spankee pants too. I love that one!

"I can't prove it, but I'm pretty sure Briscoe and Munch were married in a previous life." *hee* Briscoe & Munch = Crossover OTP

I'll be dog sitting this weekend. I will never, ever be mad about spending time with my babies, but it's really hard to sleep with them walking all over me. And I am DEAD tired. Boo.

LOL I Know how it is... I love spending time with my pups at the camper but I do not miss being ran out of bed or pushed against the wall by the little bedhogs! Of course, if I accidently nudge Louie he bites me through the blanket, Newman gets after him, and usually a BIG fight ensues with all three dogs!

Oh, thank goodness my dogs don't fight. We'd have to have words then. But Earl likes to sleep right between my legs, so I can't move at all. He'll get up and leave for a while, but always comes back and will whine at me until I give him his spot back. Riley gets really restless because I think he gets too hot. He'll start off curled against my leg, then move to the end of the bed, then go down to the floor, then come back to sleep next to me, etc. I'm used to sleeping alone in absolute quiet, so it's rather difficult for me to sleep at all.

YOUR MISSION, should you choose to accept it

Introduce "Bint" into the US dialect.

Remember: it's offensive, but this is still a relative unknown over there. Get away with exploiting this as often as you can.

Hee. Spanky pants has been a part of my lexicon since my sister started cheerleading her freshman year of high school. Does it have a different meaning in 'British'?

There's a whole lot of Aussies over on [livejournal.com profile] customers_suck, and I LOVE it when someone breaks out the "you stupid bint!" It's such a great word. I'm going to start saying it every chance I get. =)

The guy I talked too referred to all booty shorts/boy shorts and the such as spankey pants. Not just the cheerleading shorts.

It's actually not an Aussie term, but a UK one. We just tend to mug them for cool vernacular

Wow. You know how they say that Eskimos have like, 100 words for snow? It occurs to me that we have at least two words/phrases for almost everything. Great. I'll be over here pondering that for the next couple days, coming up with synonyms for everything I see. ^^
