Last post for the night, I swear

My mom called me today to ask if I'd walk & feed the dogs since they had taken a sudden day trip up to Brainerd. It was gorgeous out, so how could I say no? I brought my camera because I just don't possibly have enough photos of my baby.

My mom's weird dog, Earl, wondering what I'm doing.

Riley patiently ignoring the fact that I'm calling his name.

This birch tree just looks really cool.

We walked over by Mud Lake and the sounds of birds filled the air. You'd think it was spring if it wasn't for the 8" of snow still on the ground.

Grass! Hope for spring springs eternal.

You'd almost think he's annoyed by the camera being held right in his face.

Really though, he loves me.

Not as much as Riley does, of course. It's hard to hold the camera steady while balancing a 40 lb. dog.

Excited that it's almost time for puppy dog food!

Looks like it was good.
