You know who should die? People who jam the copier and then just walk away. I've used the copier twice in the past two days and had to unjam it both times.
But, don't you know that everyone else is TOO IMPORTANT to dirty their hands in the copier and far, far too busy to walk ten feet to tell someone else that they jammed the copier? ... not that I've had the same problem or anything, naturally.
Or! People who do that with public computer printers.
It happens a LOT that someone's printing jams in a computer lab and they just LEAVE it. And then people come after them, try to print, it doesn't work, so they leave it. And I get there, and have a brain, and find a jammed printer with 187 items in the queue, and I curse.
Oh man! My printer pet peeve is people who print 200 page documents then, even though they sit TEN feet from the printer, fail to hear that it's stopped printing because it's out of paper. Then I'll try to print something, only to walk over and see it's out of paper, then wait 800 years while everything else prints to get my one little page. Happens all the freaking time! *grumble*
The thing is, both times I just had to pull an extra paper out of the track. No messy toner or anything. They were just too lazy/confused/stupid to pull open the side and pull the paper out.
Ugh, and stupid people who just assume the printer isn't WORKING and LEAVE it empty and then there are five THOUSAND things that start printing as soon as you load it, and all those trees have died in vain.
