The drive into work wasn't all that bad, actually. I was pleasantly surprised. I'm still glad I got up early though. Since I went out last night to get gas, my car warmed up and the snow that had been on it melted. Then froze, so my doors were frozen shut this morning. Cue me trying to chip away at the ice with my keys and frantically prying at my car doors at 6am. I finally managed to get one of the back doors open and had to climb over the seat.

Welcome to winter.

Tonight: new icons. I desperately need a couple Nip/Tuck icons.

Until three days ago, I hadn't even worn a jacket yet. It's been really super nice! It just nosedived into winter really fast.

It is NASTY here in Illinois. Cold and only a bit of snow, but COLD.

And my winter coat is SO at my parents' house, 150 miles away. Dammit.

There's not much snow, but enough to screw everyone up. The bigger problem seems to be the 50mph freezing ass wind.

I totally had to dig through my closet for gloves this morning. I have no idea where my warm pairs are, but the crappy pair I found was better than nothing.

We have our heat turned down. This morning I climbed out of bed and shivvered all the way to the bathroom and back. Makes me re-think high energy bills. (BRRRRRR)

How happy are you about the Rent movie? The first time I saw the ad for it, I thought of you. Some to think of it, everytime I see it, I think of you... :)

It was snowing for a little while again earlier, but now the sun is trying to peek out. Hopefully the little dusting of snow will melt.

I am way, way, WAY too happy about the Rent movie! =) The damn ads still make me tear up. I'm going to be a mess in the theater.
