It's 8:13pm on a Friday night and I'm preparing to go to bed...after just getting up from taking a 2 hour nap on the sofa...and ditching out on my boss's going away party.

Glans refers to a certain part of the male anatomy... I assume you meant 'glands'. As in your neck...

I'm putting it down to either you feeling like crap or a Freudian slip ;)
