I am a big fucking dork

I'm listening to the bootleg of the Elgin, IL MSX show that I got yesterday. The recording itself is not so hot, but all I can really concentrate on is the sound of myself screaming. Loudly and repeatedly. It's a wonder that those guys even talk to me since I'm such a weirdo at their shows. I'm really scared to listen to the LAG Halloween show since the guy was recording it right next to us.

And what is it with band boys and illnesses? I was finally feeling better after LAG and now I am sick, sick, sick again. Although I think I may have to pin this one on Julee and her constant Kleenex usage.

Man, I wish I was back in bed.

Rock boys, Nelly, Sharpie tomfoolery and dead animals in the Land of Cheese

I had decided that I wasn’t going to go to see Killingbird in Aurora, WI after all since I didn’t really have the money. Don’t get me wrong, I really wanted to see them live again and get to hang out and all, but sometimes you gotta look past all that when you’re broke. Then xiolablux begged me to please go because she needed a weekend away. With the help of some bribery on her part, I agreed to go.
