I tried doing my taxes online this weekend, since everyone's been raving about doing it that way. But, I was exhausted on Sat night while doing them, so I saved and went to finish them last night. And it came back that I owed them $803!! Like WTF??? I don't think so. So I pulled out the forms and just did it myself instead. And now I owe them $73. Just a bit of a difference. Somehow, I always end up owing a little bit to the federal taxes, but then get a bunch back from the state. Which is exactly how it turned out. So, online tax submission was not such a good thing for me.

I got a very kick ass Valentine's CD from

pimpstresslana yesterday! It has some really great songs on it. And it's perfect, since I was just bitching last night about needing some new CDs to listen to at work. I always like getting new music and listening to stuff that other people like. Would people be interested if I set up some sort of mix-CD exchange thing? We wouldn't want to open it up to everyone in the world, but enough people to keep it interesting. Even with the cost of the CD, a slimline and postage, it's still under $5. And if you only had to send a CD to someone every two weeks or so, it wouldn't be a big expense. I'm going to think about it, but let me know if it's something you'd be interested in. If no one wants to do it, then it's no big deal.
