Six phone calls and nine people later, not to mention about 1 1/2 hours on hold, I finally have my new phone all connected. Now all I need to do is download my "Defying Gravity" ringtone before I go to bed and I'll be happy.

I want to buy a new phone since the one I have now is poop, so I think I'll save that for my nice new phone.

My old phone was really crap, so it's nice to upgrade. www.hamienet.com has all kinds of midis that you can download. Then I bought an account at www.3gupload.com, which gives me unlimited downloads right to my phone. So I uploaded a bunch of midis there, and sent them all to my phone.

Seriously, I have no idea what the problem was. I know people have lots of problems with Sprint, but I never have so I didn't want to change companies. But apparently it's a HUGE hassle to do an easy thing like sign up for a new plan once the old one has expired, and get a new phone to go with it.
