leighblackI should know better than to think things like "life is going so well." I'm all excited about this weekend and then life slaps me in the face. I got rear-ended tonight. My car appears to be okay, but I'll have to get it checked out to make sure there's no structural damage. Thankfully, I was stopped at a light and the guy wasn't going very fast. The guy who hit me was some old guy who seemed a little out of it when I went to talk to him. Just reaffirms my belief that older drivers should be tested more often.
The problem is not my car, but my back. I have to be careful with it since I flipped my car. And I can just feel the pain shooting through my spine right now. I know I'll be okay, but the next couple days are going to be annoying. Sitting in a plane seat tomorrow should be interesting.
Of course, I'm still super-excited about my trip. I can't wait to get to California!!
