leighblackLast night was Bella's birthday party and it was a very lovely evening. There was good company and yummy food. And moonlight badminton - which lead to some very naughty comments about shuttlecock. Mostly from me. There was also Catchphrase and dessert. All in all, a wonderful time. Even if I was a moron and forgot Bella's present at home. =/
Of course, today my wrist is protesting the fact that I played badminton. I hate being defective.
THREE days from this very moment until I leave on my road trip! *squee* The 1G card I got a sweet deal on for my camera came yesterday. I now have 2.5G of storage space. That should hold me for a couple days. =) I have the car situation worked out. I have hotel rooms reserved. I decided what to do with my hair. I have maps going here, there and everywhere in between. I have a list of things I don't want to forget to pack. I have a list of a few odds and ends I need to buy before I go. So, except for the whole cleaning my apartment & car thing, I'm pretty much set. Now I just have to get through 20 more hours of work.
