Okay, so I'm not quite sure how I feel about POTC2. It was good, of course. But definitely suffers from sequelitis. WAY TOO MUCH talking and not enough sword fighting. Or actual pirating.

But that's all I'll say so as not to be spoilery.

Johnny Depp is still hotter than life as Capt Jack Sparrow.

I went and saw it. I liked it, but I have to say, even though I knew it was coming, I really hate cliff-hangers sometimes.

(And now I'm really in the mood to read some Jack/Will/Norrington (any combo) slash. I know there just has to be some out there...actually, I wanna read Elizabeth/Jack too.)

Normally I would be all about the slash, but I HATE Will completely and do want to think that Jack has higher standards than that.

Jack/Norrington is okay though. So is Jack/Elizabeth too.

I loved it! I thought it tied in nicely with the first and left me longing for the third. Many claps from the audience. Well worth getting up at 8am to go and get in line for the 10am show.

OK, I long for Johnny Depp as a Pirate anyday. Discovered today Mina has a thing for Orlando.

I will say that it was WAY long. Like they could have made it shorter, but I'm not complaining. (Much)

The theatre I was in was FREEZING and it made for a L-O-N-G last 45 minutes of the film.

They really needed to cut out some of the complicated plot and dialogue and cut it down about 30-45 mins. And they needed more action! A lot of the kids around us were bored.

Really, though I did like it. A lot.

I still hate Will Turner. And Orlando Bloom.
